Returns and Exchanges Policy
As all items are personalised, and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an error has been made on our part (for example a spelling mistake or printing error).

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. We will either use Royal Mail 1st class shipping (estimated 1-3 business days) or Hermes (2-4 business days)

Missing items
If for any reason your order does not arrive, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Your order will be deemed as lost in transit after 21 working days has passed.
